I can't get to the left column even with scrolling. In your catagories listing all I see is;

s

(26)

-> (14)

> (16)

)

And at the bottom for your date all that shows is;

ctober, 2004

Hello, nice site.

I enter the shop in english but every time i click on the categories menu it takes me to the german version, quite confusing. User has to clic on the british flag every time.

Good luck.

I'm quite impressed with this multilingual site. Worked fine for me!

Only one tiny suggestion- the English seems to be a translation from the German- good but not perfect. Get it proof-read.

'oder' should be 'or' on your payments information page

I am using IE6 with 800x600 screen. The language flip could be beause it wants to direct to the language that the browser is in, so if you are in an english part of the world looking at the site in german might cause the problems. If you have a good relationship with your suppliers in USA see if you can email them the text from the pages and ask them to tidy it up for you. They know your subject and it wouldn't take them long.

I am also using IE6 and XP Pro SP2.

I could view the website just fine. Looks pretty good, if a bit stock.

Create account told me I do not have cookies enabled, even though I do.

Your instructions say to go to Internet Options/Security.

Cookies (in IE 6) are controlled in Internet Options/Privacy.

The error page with cookie information on it still has the horrible little OSC cartoon in the top left hand corner.

I also got the cookie usage problem when trying to add a product to my cart. I do have cookies enable so this should not have come up. When I click continue on the cookie usage page, it takes me back to the main page. I guess you really didn't want to buy the shirt anyway... :-"

I would get rid of the welcome (?) screen and try to explain what are you selling a bit better (without the welcome screen)

Also if you are selling t-shirts why not putting the picture of a t-shirt instead of the design only? be consistent.

One more thing for some reason the price is lost in the midle of all

It s like everything is too big

design wise is not that bad and its fast.

:huh:

@jpool

thanks for that suggestion.

we already planned to have a redesign on the product_info and have the category listing shown in 3 colums, basically like on LightCity.

bye for now

... in the end, it will work

I think Peter meant he is not the only person using 800 X 600.

I am at 1024 X 768 on a 17", IE6, Win2K.

Looks fine when the browser window is maximized.

When you make the window smaller, your layout does not render correctly.

The left side gets chopped off - does not stay fixed to the left of the screen.

As there are plenty of people around the world using 800 X 600, (some with 15" monitors too) always look at your site from different resolutions to make sute you don't pi$$ off potential customers. :D

Just listen to Gorf, he knows what I am trying to say. That is what happens when I trying to post messages before having my morning coffee.

I like the site header....good use of font work incorporated into the header. However, I also encourage you to do some custom graphics or skin work for each of your infoboxes. Otherwise, the site has more of a standard osCommerce feel to it.

Good luck!

Thx
