International Shipping problem

I'm having problems with international shipping. When any international

customers order they always try to select the cheaper "Standard Air Mail"

and it always defaults to "Global Priority" which costs substantially more (to the client). It also gives the user loads of shipping options, too many actually, so I'd like to minimize those too, if possible.


Any help would of course be appreciated.
