Admin page links broken

Hi all and in advance thank you for any help you can provide.

I don't know what i did but all the links on my "Admin" page are broken.

 

For instance, the link for "My Store" rigt under "Configuration" points to:

http://mydomain.comdir_ws_adminconfigurati...2e80b36e3cc919e

 

Next to "My Store", "Logging" links to:

http://mydomain.comdir_ws_adminconfigurati...2ada70db4305ab7

 

I don't get it, all the links are broken on this page, they lead me to "This page cannot be displayed"

post your configure.php file here without the database username, password

should be:
