uploading oscommerce files to my host

hello,

 

when i go to my file manager section. i see

 

 

...Browse directories and files below, upload a file/create something, or see a complete overview of your directory structure.

 

If you accidently delete a file or directory, you can recover it from the recycle bin. Deleted files and directories are kept there for up to a week before being permanently removed.

 

name size actions

public_ftp 755

public_html 755

 

Create new file: html txt

Create new directory:

Upload single file:

Upload multiple files to this directory

 

 

im assuming this is where to do it but im not sure of what to do.i want to create a file through the oscommerce program as my home page and have the edit sections for the site as well.so what i want is oscommerce to be my open store frot when you look up jnglobalonline.com

You need to upload the files into the public_html folder.

And you shouldn't use the filemanager to upload files anyways.

 

Get yourself a good free FTP application, and upload your files directly.
