Live Support Plus

Hi guys!!

I've just installed Live Support Plus and in de admin and catalog everything seems to work fine.......(no errors). The only thing that doesn't work as that when a customer clicks on live support the "alarm" goes off on my cmputer but when I click on the ip the chat window comes up and the client doesn't notice this but gets the window were they can email the siteowner for a question.

Does anybody have a idea/suggestion for this? I've already searched the forum but didn't find any threads about this...........HELP?!
