Images Not Showing in Admin

Recommended Posts

Category and product images are not displaying in the Administration Tool. However, they do display in the store.

Upon right-clicking on the missing image, I have noticed that part of the address is missing. I am on a shared SSL, so the correct address is supposed to be something like "https://stuff.somewebserver.net/~username/catalog/images/product.jpg". However, instead the username is always left off. This means that the address instead shows "https://stuff.somewebserver.net/catalog/images/product.jpg".

I have not been able to figure out how to fix this minor problem. Any help would be appreciated.

post your configure.php for the admin area, without the database info, etc.

i dont use ssl for the admin area, as i dont collect cc info, things like that from there. if someone wants to capture my products as they are being uploaded more power to them.

Ahh, sorry, I just fixed it myself. I simply changed the line "define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/catalog/');"to include my SSL username in the URL.

So it became "define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/~username/catalog/');"

Thanks for the help anyway!
