leong_tx Posted August 17, 2004 Share Posted August 17, 2004 Hi, I have this problem with the shopping cart, that is the Order is not shown in Customers/Orders after recieving an Email from WorldPay stating a customer have purchse some of mine products. i have check out the phpMyAdmin, under order_products there is no information also... Holdout Posted August 17, 2004 Share Posted August 17, 2004 I am having the same issue. Out of about one dozen orders, I have two that never showed up in the orders table. All were PayPal so it isn't WorldPay that is issue. I added contribution to accept text and radio option fields. But it was installed before I took any orders. I was using the admin order page when the missing orders were placed if that makes a difference. The customer info is all there. Just order never shows up. Holdout Posted August 19, 2004 Share Posted August 19, 2004 Well it happened again last night and I was not using orders database this time. Had two orders placed through PayPal and got emails from PayPal for both. Only one of the orders got inserted into the database. Is anyone else having this issue? I am wondering if it is PayPal confirmation or something that is screwing it up. I am about to start using Pay-Me-Now gateway for processing credit card orders. I have been notified of multiple orders from Paypal with payments, but the orders are not registering in OSC. The customer account is created but not the order. It seems that a paypal order does not get entered in the database until after it has been paid for on the PayPal site and the customer then clicks the "Continue" link to return to the store. Some customers are not clicking the "Continue" link after paying. To fix the problem, I uninstalled the PayPal module that came with OSC and installed PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN, found in the Contributions section.
