Mark-UK Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 On my subcategories page i have the text CHOOSE_SUBCAT which is in capitals and has an annoying underscore. I want to change this, where is the place to do it please. You can see the problem here on the middle section. http://www.tackandtackle.co.uk/default.php...5251178c9faa29f
Mary B. Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 I searched for the words "CHOOSE_SUBCAT" in all the files in the original scripts, and that term isn't in there. Since "CHOOSE_SUBCAT" is clearly meant to be replaced by some other text, I'd suggest looking into your includes/language files - most, if not all the displayed text is found in those files. If a modification has been made to your scripts, it's possible that you forgot to add the "define" to the appropriate language file. Mark-UK Posted August 11, 2004 Author Posted August 11, 2004 Still cant find where to change that text and ad dthe define or whatever. /bangs head against the wall
Mary B. Posted August 11, 2004 Posted August 11, 2004 You should be able to find it using Windows Start>>Find>>Files or Folders. Put CHOOSE_SUBCAT into the "Containing text" box and browse to your backup catalog scripts folder. Tick the box to search subfolders. The results will bring up every file containing that term. One of them should be a language file - that's where you would set the value of that variable. If you still can't find it, zip up all the files except for images and config files and send them to me so I can help you find it.
