MikeJandreaudotCom Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 I looked through my folders in both the catalog folder, and the admin folder, but couldn't find the file (not sure if it's text or php) to edit, to change the wording on the "delivered" email that gets sent out. Some customers are saying their product hasn't been delivered. Seeing as though we're shipping stuff out, it may take a few days. When they're getting the "delivered" email, they think they missed the UPS guy, someone left the package, and someone else took it. Make sense? Anyway, I need to edit the text, but couldn't find it. Sue me. Anyone can direct me, I'd appreciate it. What's your TopFive? -
walkman Posted June 3, 2005 Posted June 3, 2005 Just providing an answer for people who might do a search on this topic: 1) you can easily change the wording of the status choices (and add status choices) in the localization section of the admin menu. We changed our wording to "shipped" to avoid the confusion the first poster mentioned. 2) you can completely change the format and wording of the status update email message in the orders.php file in the admin languages directory.
