How to get rid of "Flat Rate (Best Way)"

Is there any way of getting rid of the "Flat Rate (Best Way)" that is automatically added to any order when one first installs OSCommerce? The shipping is included in my prices so I do not need any extra shipping fees

Why dont you uninstall the shipping modules!

go into the admin panel->modules->shipping select the one that is installed and then click uninstall on the right.
