Need Help To Fix My Problem

I have installed some new flat rate postage options for other countries, 3 in total, but When I do a 'Dummy' Order and try and checkout past the postage stage, it comes up with this message :

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/myserver/public_html/catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flateu.php:20) in /home/myserver/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 29

 

I have tried to fix it but I am new to this and cannot fix it for the want of trying :angry:

 

I have seen this problem in the common problems page but it doesnt really explain how to fix it. Also once one is fixed it will come with this warning for the rest of the files too .. so how do I fix it in one go??

 

Any help would be much appreciated. :huh:

I have checked and all is in order as far as that help file goes. I must have to change something to accept the flat rate modules I have installed! Thanks though!
