How do I change the store text?

Hi, Ok, before anyone says it I have searched the KB. Hundreds of results but I could not find the relevant text, right, my question is which file do I edit so that I can change the text that is on the shop front, the text that say If you see an error message etc. Many thanks. :rolleyes:

The text shown here can be modified in the following file, on each language basis:

Thanks everyone, yes bear you were right, I guess being a complete newb and all the pages of code I have looked through my brain just shut down when it saw more code and didn't register.
