Link isnt clickable when I send emails

Hi, I have looked and can't seem to find a solution to my problem so I am asking for help. Thank you in advance for your time in reading this.

 

 

Problem: Whenever a customer completes an order and the system sends out the confirmation email the link is not clickable instead it just shows as text only. The email is being sent out in HTML and I have created for example my own links in the create account emails which work fine, but for some reason the order update link doesn't.

 

However if I forward the email to someone and move my cursor to the end of the link and press the space bar it creates the link, but in the default email it just shows as text. I am running Milestone 2.2 for reference. Hopefully this explains what I am talking about. Here is an example of how one of the links looks (http://toilebagsandmore.com/catalog/account_history_info.php?order_id=120) it looks good to me and can be cut and pasted into a browser and used, and again if I add a space after it in an email that works ok too. I am frustrated so thats why I am writing. Hopefully I am explaining this in a correct fashion for someone to understand.
