2 sites getting mixed up with each other

I?m having a problem with my website being mixed up with another.

 

This happened last week, when i reset the cache it cleared it, but it has happened again today, i have reset the cache again, but i dont wish to have to do that every few days.

 

I have pinged both sites and found that they have the same DNS info which is causing my visitors to be directed to their site and vice versa, this is due to a shared IP address

 

the two sites are:

 

mammamiacards.co.uk (MINE)

dvbstore.ca (NOT MINE)

It seems as though both sites use OScommerce for their design and when in the category section on the sites, the hyperlinks change from what they should be to the links from the other site, resulting in being redirected if you click on a link To see this, visit mammamiacards.co.uk and in the categories section click a link, the links will change from, annivarary,children etc to fortec star,dish motor etc. When you click these it directs you to dvbstore.ca. It also add the manufacturers box on the front page, which we do not have. On their store if you click LMB's it will change the category view from theirs to mine and link back to mammamiacards.co.uk I understand the shared IP issues, but this still should not happen.

 

My hosting company have told me that it is a coding issue, but i just cannot see it.
