ReginaStelling Posted August 8, 2004 Posted August 8, 2004 Hi! I've been testing my cart, everything is looking good. We have PayPal configured, and I was wondering something... When you go to PayPal to complete the payment process, does that throw the order tracking off? I have made several test orders, and my Customer Orders Total & Products Purchased reports are 0. Like nobody has ordered anything. Is that because we go to PayPal to complete the order?? Is that how it's supposed to work?
