Changing color of Whats New text, etc

:D hello,

 

 

Hey this PHP stuff aint half bad. I am about 3 days into all this PHP editing and I think for the most part things are coming along nicely. I have serched the archives and I can't seem to find help on where to change the grey Whats New Here text? Could someone tell me which folder to head into to edit this? My site is still in progress and looks close to my HTML site. I would also like to chage that orange Welcome Guest text on the index page. Last but not least I would like to add another graphic, table or something on the upper area where I have my logo, any documentation on how I could walk myself through this?
