Searched the contributions but cannot find any type of form generater for osc. I would like to have a form the customer can fill in to apply for a Purchase Order Account. Anyone have any Ideas on how I could do this in osc.

AFAIK, no such generator exists. If you need a form you have to code it yourself. The best way I've seen is to take existing code and copy it. There are a lot of contributions that use forms. Wade through them until you find one that does something similar to what you want and start editing. Another way is to create the form in something like FrontPage and copy the code over. It may not work without some editing but I have gotten some things to work this way. Good luck.
