Rogert Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 Hi, When I upload an image file to the server OSC creates an identical image file with the same filename except it add "x80" to the filename. What is this and why? Image files are a heavy load in MB on the server and it's not getting any better that OSC want's the same file twice. Hope that there is an answer to this and it's not something i screwed up in the process :-( Kind regards, Jakob Rogert
Guest Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 I wasn't aware that osC did this by default ?? What that file most likely is, is a thumbnail of your images. Have you installed a thumbnail contribution of any sort?
Mark Evans Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 This isnt done in osCommerce as standard so must be related to a contribution you have installed.
