Need help with Admin backups

Hi,

 

Hope somebody can help me here.

 

When i make a backup of the sql in admin/backups the files been creating and everything works fine, but when i try to download them and delete them then it doesnt work.

 

What can be wrong?

 

I have tried to download it with a ftp program

What do you mean by download and deleting them? Im new at this, but I've done several successful backups. I'd be happy to answer your questions if you can clarify your question. Thanks

Hi,

 

I mean that if i want to download everything i got on my ftp to make a backup i get an error when i try to download the backup files. But i can restore them directly from the admin panel.
