niknakgroup Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 Hi all. Strange problem that I haven't seen elsewhere on the boards. My site is up and running, but a tad on the slow side...tried turning on gzip, and when i log into site i dont get any errors, i just get completely blank screen?!?! The header tags aren't loaded, nothing, nada. Needless to say, I have turned gzip off again, but any ideas?? Do I need to empty the caches, or adjust a script somewhere or what? I am using STS btw, I think that may have a little to do with it....I will gladly post script here if anyone can tell me which bit is the relevant portion! I have seen reference to php.ini, but I dont have that file (that I can see) - I have dim memories of it though - is it in the installation folders, and does it have importance for this problem??? HELP, I need a faster site!! :lol: Please note - if I have suggested a contrib above, it doesnt mean it will work! Most of the contribs are not ones I've used, but may be useful for your particular problem.... Have you tried a refined search?
