I received my order process email and it gave me this url for my detailed invoice http://www.blacklightshopantiques.com/login.php whici is the login page instead of the detailed invoice information. Where do I go to edit this correctly and have the right detailed url show up in my email. Thanks Billy
niknakgroup Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 hi, the login page shows as a security thingy for your customers. When they click the link they are not logged in so are redirected to the login page to verify they are supposed to be looking at the invoice details - if they ordered something from your site for their husband, this helps keep the surprise element of the gift, but more seriously :D ; the invoice shows personal information, so they need to access their account on your site in order to see this information. Doesn't matter what you change on the email, it will still take them to the login page. This helps cover you and protect you as a site owner where data protection and personal information protection laws go! Please note - if I have suggested a contrib above, it doesnt mean it will work! Most of the contribs are not ones I've used, but may be useful for your particular problem.... Have you tried a refined search?
