Changing URL link for a category icon

Hi,

 

I am in the process of helping a client set up an inkjet cartridge site. Customers can navigate through the "categories" section to find their cartridge. I also want to be able to add the option of "View all" that links to the relevant manufacturers link (eg ?manufacturers_id=10)

 

I've setup an example below:

As you can see I have a category image for "View all" but it the URL is the standard cPath link. Do you know how I can change this link to a URL of my choice? I couldn't find anyway of doing this in the admin area. Any ideas?
