dasaro Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 I am trying to figure out just exactly how to fix a small problem with a main page infobox. The featured products box is not getting the sides or bottom of the template that I choose. I've created a border through the stylesheet, but I would like the box to be like all of the others. Please see it here: www.toomanytools.com Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure it'll be a simple fix!
Guest Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 Nice little mod to the original, seem to have a problem I cant see any categories for products left category infobox. I have taken featured products a stage further with each product and put them into a box and put descriptions images and prices also I seem to have a problem with my quantity box not working. But I would say the idea is the same as you have the featured products in a table, all I do is rip the code that I needed from the featured php file imported into dreamweaver table and wrapped the table with a sliced image from firewroks works fine for me, got a little more complicated when I started adding bits like quantity and stuff but it can be done with effort. Good luck and hope you sort. :D

dasaro Posted August 28, 2004 Author Posted August 28, 2004 What would be the simplest way, then, to put the featured box under the same "rules" as the new infobox classes? Or should I just created the new border for the infobox class?
Guest Posted August 28, 2004 Posted August 28, 2004 Since you seem to be changing the theme a little why dont you just install simple template contribution then edit the html in the featured.php file and wrap in a box simple. This is featured box edited as above and I can do what I like: http://www.supaosc.com/newsupa/ Hope this helps.
