Why can't I see some buttons

Hi, when I bring up a screen some buttons do not display and when I right click on them and click on show image this comes up:-

 

Forbidden

 

You don't have permission to access /cart/includes/languages/english/images/buttons/button_reviews.gif on this server.

 

Any ideas, there should be no reason why I cannot access that bit, should there?

Check your permission settings under your file manager.

Hi, Most of the buttons are set to -rwxr-xr-x what does that mean? I think all the buttons I can't see are set to that, do I need to change anything? Thanks.
