Where's the "critical information"?

I've been getting:

Warning: main(includes/configure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wright/public_html/cart/includes/application_top.php on line 29

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/configure.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/wright/public_html/cart/includes/application_top.php on line 29

when trying to access my cart, and I've decided that it would simply be easier to re-install my cart. However, I've got a lot of items/category/image data that's already there that I can only access by my hosts FTP/File Manager right now. So.. what files/folders can I download/upload back once I've reinstalled to make sure things run smoothly. I haven't installed any mods or anything, I'm just mainly concerned with backing up data related to my catalog.

You can use the built-in osC backup manager to backup (and later restore) your database.

The only files that need to be backed up if you have made NO mods are the images folders, any language files you may have changed, and your configuration files.

I'm getting this error as well throughout the "catalog" seems to be random, a refresh loads th page just fine. Any thoughts on this or will I have to re-install?
