I am a newbie to OS Commerce, but am familiar with php/mysql. For some reason, I just can't seem to figure this out and have searched high and low on this forum for ideas, but haven't seen this problem in a couple of days.

I have client with one product. The product has many different makes/models and attributes.

1. I cant seem to get all the attributes to show up in the modify/options/products.

2. I don't need a picture on each product, because, they are all same. Just different brands, models, sizes, years, etc.

Example: I am doing product for a specific pickup cover for different makes (Chevy, Ford etc), with attributes of part #, model#, year, price...etc.

I wanted to categorize the product by chevy... etc. with listing of pickup models, part # etc. I only want a picture and full description of the product under the category, then the list of part #, model etc.

Please, can someone help me get over this apparent brain fart. :(

tks.

You are wonderful. :) Thanks for the email. I hope you don't mind me posting for other people to see.

Answer here...

I think you should take a look at the contribution "master products".

There you can assign a master (Chevvy) and slaves. Use it myself, but

don't use the attributes though. Just a number of slaves. Sound like what

you need.

yessssssssssssss!

Kudos to all the developers.

God Bless
