URL problem

In all my links on any page of my store i get the following added to the end of my domain name:

 

http://www.boxes-bags.com/DIR_WS_CATALOGindex.php?

 

instead of a forward slash.

 

whats wrong with what I have below? a sample from my config file.

ANY help appreciated, could not find anything that helped on the search function.

Where is the DIR_WS_CATALOG entry that you mentioned above? If it's completely absent, then that would explain why the define shows the variable name instead.
