Mulit Location different ?X first Item ?Y Add

I am trying to use different first item ?X and Additional Item ?Y depending on where the item is shipping to.

 

for example withing the UK ?5 first item ?1 each additional

Europe ?7 first item ?1.50 each additional

Everywhere else ?8.50 first item ?1.50 additional

 

I cant seem to find a way to do this for multiple locations with the first and additional pricing.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
