session help, can't turn on force cookies

when I turn on force cookie use I get the error below

I tried to turn on force cookie because I'm have a session problem I can't solve. if you like to my products directly without using the osCsid=6ebccf4031fa1281244bfb24b7704823 part of the url it will not execute certain part of my code. I installed the dynamic title contrib and it will only work if the session variable is there. I also installed a few other contrib and have the same problem where the code would only get executed while the osCsid=6ebccf4031fa1281244bfb24b7704890 is attach to the url. if you click on the url below you should see the problem

if you look in the title its not dynamic but if your whre to click on another product then come back to this product you wil see the title changed once the session variable was generated.

 

Is it possible to start a session once a user logs on and not after they click something ie a product of category.
