Force Purchase order ?

Hi -

 

I am constructing an online shop for a company that is selling cell-phones and packages/plans.

 

The ideal is that on the first page, only phones would be chosen, then when a phone is added to the cart, they need to select a plan and add that, along with submission of their details, and off thru the payment gateway for a completed sale.

 

Is there a way I can only have 'phones' for sale on one page, then when one has been chosen 'force' the next page to be only 'plans' products ?
