HELP - orders not coming through

Hi,

 

Was wondering if someone could help me. I have had 2 customers order items from my website (Picture Keyrings)

 

I am receiving the payment notifications from Paypal, but I dont seem to be able to view the Orders on the Control Panel when I log in to check what a certain customer has ordered.

 

I have checked it myself by ordering something and then using paypal for the item and I was able to see that but when other customers do it, nothing happens.

 

Can anyone give me any ideas as to what the matter may be, are they not completing the order correctly - any help would be really appreciated as I am going mad as the I need to know what the customers have ordered.
