Fatal Error after successful configuration

I thought I had successfully configured OSC through the web config but when opening administration tool I get a failed to open stream.

 

Warning: main(DIR_WS_INCLUDESfilenames.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dharma/public_html/osc/catalog/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 44

 

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'DIR_WS_INCLUDESfilenames.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/dharma/public_html/osc/catalog/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 44

 

Any ideas?
