Store Title Issue

I have updated the name of my store and I thought this would update the page titles, but any page I pull up in a browser still say osCommerce. Am I doing something wrong or miss a step?

catalog/includes/languages/english.php, lines 47 and 48:

 

// page title
define('TITLE', 'osCommerce');

 

Change osCommerce to whatever you want. Be sure to slash out (\') any apostrophe's in your title. You'll get errors if you don't.

There's one wired thing I learned from my experience, so try if it still doesn't look like your store title got changed:

 

After you save your changes, try "Delete temporary files and cookies" under Tools and Internet Options if you're using Internet Explorer. Then when you refresh your page again, it should show your updated changes.

 

I don't know why but I have to do this every time I update my pages...
