Error message: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/twpetsup/public_html/shoppingcart/includes/application_top.php:463) in /home/twpetsup/public_html/shoppingcart/includes/functions/general.php on line 23 He states that if he trys to create an account, do a checkout, look at an account to set up for testing, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
