envymedesigns Posted August 3, 2004 Posted August 3, 2004 I am extremely new to all this. I have tried about 4 times to download osCommerce. I put it in a temp file and when I try to open it it says Windows cannot find PSUITE.EXE. I have tried to find it myself and didn't have any luck. does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
Guest Posted August 3, 2004 Posted August 3, 2004 psuite.exe has nothing to do with osCommerce, that is an application for Photo Suite. perhaps you should uninstall that application then try to install osCommerce. I can only think, with what you have said, you are installing the application locally, have you installed apache, php, mysql?
envymedesigns Posted August 3, 2004 Author Posted August 3, 2004 I don't even have photo suite. Do you have to have it to build your shop? I haven't installed the other things you mentioned either. I honestly don't know what I am doing, but am a quick learner and willing to do trial by error. I really don't have anyone to help me either. I really appreciate your help.
