Tax in checkout inquiry

Hi,

 

I have 'false' set in applic_top in both admin and categories, and the item prices show the tax included, but in the checkout there is no showing any tax amount or says that it is included. Should it do this?

 

Also if I did want the tax to be shown seperatly in checkout, what changes do I need to make across the program?
