Orders Status Admin Box

Hello. I am trying to figure out how to change the order that the status items appear in the orders box on the admin page. For example, I have the following status codes:

0/5 - Waiting for payment by mail

1/5 - Payment Pending

2/5 - Paid - Processing

3/5 - Processed

4/5 - Shipped

5/5 - Delivery Confirmed

 

Plus a couple of others relating to backorders. The problem is they are listed on my page in the wrong order - 4,2,0,3,5,1... <_<

 

How can I change this?

 

Also, my descriptions are kind of long, and they wrap within the box, making it harder to read. Does anyone have a suggestion for resizing the main box's width and the side boxes' widths to accomodate my longer status descriptions, for ease of reading?

 

I am a capable person, but I am not an expert at php. Thanks a bunch!
