Seeing Double in New Products

I have obviously messed up something but not sure where

 

I am getting a double listing of

 

Products Description:

 

 

Page Header Description:

 

Product Keywords:

 

I am also getting the rouge text TEXT_PRODUCT_METTA_INFO

 

 

On the New Products PAge within Admin

 

 

What have I done?

check you categories.php page - looks like the code has been added twice.
