It sets the local clock time to US english, but before you are asking to change it to arabic you would have known this by your other post.

Change this to the windows encoding that you wish

Steve,

Do I have to change the encoding of the database as well? For some reason, Arabic is not working for me. When I open websites that are in Arabic, the Arabic fonts shows right away. But when I open my site and choose Arabic, I have to change the encoding from western european to windows arabic.

Any solution?

Thanks

If the site is to be in arabic then you can set the database to be in arabic as well
