Just a question about Customer Registration

I'm evaluating osCommerce as a possible solution for us. Can someone place an order *without* having registered first? Or MUST a customer register prior to placing the order? Is there a "guest" option so that someone may decide afterward if they wish to register?

there is an order without registration contribution that you can add on to your default install.

And, when will the admin interface work in the demo area so that I can see that? It's been offline for the last couple of weeks (I don't know how long...)
