Custom field for engraving

I looked through several threads on this topic and I see that it can be done, however I haven't the time or the skill to do it myself.

 

We need the ability to easily add a text field option to individual products for engraving details.

 

We would like to be able to title each text field from the options menu so that it could appear differently based on the product, such as:

 

Enter Initials (Last, First, Middle) [TEXT FIELD HERE]

 

or

 

Enter Names & Wedding Date [TEXT FIELD HERE]

 

If anyone here has done something like this and would like to make a few bucks please shoot me an email.
