I am opening a vinyl graphics store with around 1000 total products.

Here's a scenario:

A 6" decal is $2.00. There are also 10 specialty colors which will add to the original $2.00 price. On a 6" decal, one specialty color for example (Carbon Fiber) will add +$1, but on a 36" decal, it may add +$5.

Is there a way to modify the add-on price of one attribute, based on another attribute? I know there is a Product Option of Multiplication contribution, but will this show the correct +price in the dropdown that the customer sees? I don't want my customers having to do their own math.

Please help me. So far this is my only snag.

Thanks

I would suggest using Master Products in your case - it's a bit more work but it has many advantages over the standard attributes system.
