need help, OSC not working

hi, my osC was working then all of a sudden i got this error on the main page:

This suggests that the files on your site are corrupted or have been deleted. You'll have to check it out yourself.

when you say corrupted, can you please explain a little more on this.

its ok, problem now solved.

 

the chmod was wrong for the config file.
