Customer Submit Products??

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone has developed a contribution for customers/sellers submitting a product for sale in your store. We are a marketplace site, and we are selling other people's products, and getting a fee for setting up customer with seller.

 

I can always have an html form for submission, but I would like to be able to have the sellers submit their product information, have it go into the database, and all we have to do is "approve" the product, then it will be able to sell in the store. Is there already something like this? if not, how hard would this be to develop? I have moderate php skills, but I don't know if I could write this myself.

 

Any help would be great!
