Trouble right after personal information

I am running the latest version of PWA and I have run into a small problem.

select the test test product and add it to the cart, select checkout..

 

I have checkout pointing to http://www.bestdamngolfdeals.com/Order_Info.php

 

PWA begins the process by asking for first,last,addy,etc and then after all this I hit continue and it brings me right back to asking for first,last,addy,etc..

 

Thing is, it shows me as being logged in afterwards,because Logoff shows up in the right hand nav bar..

 

 

Also,

 

Customer is shown inside of customers, but no order..

 

 

 

Please if anyone has any ideas leave me some replys..
