Moving login link to link bar

Hi,

 

I would like to move the links to 'login' and 'create an account', now firmly featured in the middle text box, to the links bar above it, where currently the links to 'My Account', 'Cart Contents' and 'Checkout' already exist and than remove the line with the link in the middle text box.

 

Can somebody please explain to me how I can achieve that?
