Help with code.

I am very new. When i went into catolog/includes/english/index.php to edit my welcome page, all i changed was the text and now this is what comes up on my index page: Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /www/j/jonk/htdocs/osCommerce/catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 13.

 

Please let me know whats wrong. Thanks all.

im not sure what u did but why do u have "define('TEXT_MAIN'" twice?

this is the proper syntax:

define('TEXT_MAIN', 'put your stuff here');

 

dont forget the single quotes^^^^(u dont have a single quote right now where it supose to be (define('TEXT_MAIN', ' see it its red?

I just need someone to set me up. So i dont have to do any coding. I do not know any coding, php or what ever it is. Ive seen other peoples and there nice. If you can do that noob, let me know. Right now, anyone can get into my admin i dont know how to set up .htacces or whatever. Please advise, Thank you
