The page cannot be displayed ... sometimes

I am working on setting osCommerce for use on wireless hotspots, here is my test page: http://thesmathers.com/catalog/

 

Sometimes when you go there, it loads, other times you get "The page cannot be displayed" It is really hit and miss. Often if you refresh it after the error, it will work.

 

Any ideas?

it never happens on other pages in the domain, only the oscommerce pages.
