Guest Posted July 30, 2004 Posted July 30, 2004 Just wondering if any one has had or seen or may know why products would just turn off? I was under the impression that one had to go into admin and turn off the products, is there a way that the products may auto shut off?
rcmdesign Posted July 30, 2004 Posted July 30, 2004 Does your store use the check stock level in the admin stock configuration area? This will adjust the quantity of the items in stock each time a customer purchases the item...You can turn it off in the admin area...
Guest Posted July 31, 2004 Posted July 31, 2004 :o Thanks, that seemed to have fixed the problem. Not all of the quantities have been updated so I guess of they get to 0 they turn off? Once I get them all corrected should I be able to turn them back on? Carl
