naughtyboy Posted July 29, 2004 Posted July 29, 2004 I am having a problem with the linkpoint payment module 1844. When I run through the checkout process (using the test CC#) it works fine until I click for confirmation, I then get redirected to the Payment information screen with the error "There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again : Unable to open/parse merchant config file." Anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks, Naughtyboy
rhytha Posted August 9, 2004 Posted August 9, 2004 I am getting this same error, I was asked by support to put the physical path to .pem file , but that gave the same error too. anybody was able make this work. Plz help :mellow:
